Step 1:
Choose a facilitator ... but this can't be a member of the team.
The facilitator simply needs to send out a few emails, update a Google Forms template and run a report in Google Sheets
Step 2:
The facilitator sends out person-specific login codes and a link to their copy of the survey
Step 3:
Once the deadline for input has passed the facilitator reviews the feedback, and runs a report in Google Sheets. One is generated for each participant.
Step 4:
The facilitator sends each participant's report to them.
It is highly recommended to do this as part of your quarterly, 6 monthly or annual performance reviews. This process provides great insights on how every team member can improve as well as provides evidence for those team members who are at the top of their game.
